सोंठ {Zingiber officinal}, कालीमिर्च{Piper nigram}, छोटी पीपल {Piper Longum},कुलथी {Dolicus biflorus}, अर्जुन {Terminalia Arjuna}, जवासा {Alhagi camelorum}, अपामार्ग {Achyranthus aspera}, गोरखमुंडी {Sphaeranthes Indicus}, खैर {Acacia catechu}, 

Method of preparation: Make  fine powder of the above Herbs. Take 2 Grams Herb powder, mix one cup plain water and one boil. Sieves the decoction. When lukewarm, drink the decoction, one or two times a day.औषधि तैयार करनें की विधि- उक्‍त सभी बनौषधियों को पीसकर चूर्ण बना लें। इसमें से 2 ग्राम चूर्ण एक कप सादे पानी में मिलाकर एक उबाल तक पका लें। इस तैयार किये गये काढ़े अथवा चाय को छान लें और गुनगुना रहते हुये पी लें। यह काढा दिन में एक बार या दो बार सुबह और शाम  पी सकते हैं।
